The Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA), founded in 1954, is an internationally recognized national trade association with more than 300 corporate members from 18 countries that are engaged in the design, manufacture, transport, installation and service of displays and exhibits primarily for the exhibition and event industry.
The mission of the EDPA
is to advance the interests of members engaged in the design, production, and service of exhibits, events and experiential environments. The success and integrity of our industry will be enhanced through advocacy, communication, education and good works.
The vision of the EDPA is to create THE network for leaders in the customer experience industry. Its members combine marketing, design and production leadership to help organizations create effective face-to face customer experiences & environments for tradeshows, events, corporate environments, museums, retailers, education and entertainment.
EDPA and its member companies realize that our future depends on equality and diversity. As an association, we support calling out and eradicating systemic racism in this country and around the world. We commit to greater equity, empathy, and justice across our industry, an industry that promotes personal, human experiences, one that has no room for discrimination and hate. As Coretta Scott King said, "Hate is too great a burden to bear. It injures the hater more than it injures the hated."
Help us advocate for the protection of the business events industry.

While our immediate concern is to mitigate the spread and impact of COVID-19 by offering our industry's considerable expertise to aid the recovery—supporting everything from building ventilators and PPE, to setting up temporary medical and testing facilities—we recognize the need to mobilize our resources now to ensure local, state, and federal legislators support policies that will accelerate recovery for the events industry workers and businesses, when the time is right to consider such legislation.
